TASK
Interior visualization is carried out based on the materials provided by you:

Floor plan with dimensions (measured plan and layout in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD 24 or PDF file)

Interior collages and/or a document/letter with links to models on 3ddd.ru (or manufacturer's websites)

The presence of room elevations is welcome (in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD 24 or PDF file)

All materials should be compiled in a single email.
The specifications should contain at least 85-90% of the subject matter (excluding decor), lighting scheme/plan, and all custom sections, profiles, and elevations if the project includes custom structures or products. Additionally: If the desired model is not available on the manufacturer's website or in the model databases, I can model it myself or we can find an alternative together. If an item is objectively complex or if there are more than 2 such items per room up to 20 square meters, an additional fee for this type of additional work will be discussed.
WORK STAGES

Within 1-5 business days (depending on the size and complexity of the space) after the approval of the technical specifications (TS), I develop sketches (interactive renders with a medium level of noise at 10%) and send them to you for approval.

During the interactive render stage, the designer can make up to 2 rounds* of revisions, after which I prepare images in medium resolution for presentation to the client. I use a 16:9 aspect ratio for horizontal perspectives and 4:5 for vertical perspectives (for social media). The medium-quality images are 1250 px on the longer side with a noise level of 5-6%.

After approval from the client, one round of revisions is allowed. Adjustments are made, and renders in medium resolution are prepared again. Upon their approval by the client, I prepare high-resolution images. The high-quality images are 2000 px on the longer side with a noise level of 2-3%.
*By "round," I mean an email or message with a structured list of all revisions for the provided sketches.
**The aspect ratio and resolution can be changed by specifying them in the TS

PROJECT TIMELINES

The visualization completion time is 1 working day per 10 square meters of area. This timeframe is always met when I receive the complete technical specifications (TS) from you within the agreed-upon deadline.

Revisions are typically completed within 1-4 days per space.
However, if the TS is not prepared within the agreed-upon timeframe and you haven't notified me at least 5 working days in advance, the project's completion timeline may be extended based on current projects (from a few days to 2 weeks).
ORDER OF PAYMENT
1. You send the TS, and I calculate the project's cost. You pay a 50% deposit, and I begin the visualization development.
2. Upon delivery of the renders in MEDIUM quality, you pay the remaining 50%.
3. Final renders are sent after the final approval of all previous stages. Payment for revisions, if required, is made upon delivery of the final renders.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The project queue is formed in advance, typically two to three weeks before the anticipated start date of the project.

Currently, I only work with interior visualization and do not engage in exterior visualization. I specialize in residential interiors and small public spaces up to 500m2.

The terms of collaboration can be modified by mutual agreement BEFORE starting work on the project.
